Learn how to read and sort the data in your Creator Network reports.

Track how well the Creator Network has been working for you

As you recommend other creators (and get recommended in turn) in the Creator Network, your Creator Network reports will start filling up with data! 📈

Here's how to interpret the data in the:

Recommending me page reports

The Recommending me page displays reports for the creators recommending you in these places:

The default report is All sources, and you can click the source dropdown menu to select a different report.

All sources reports

At the top of the All sources report are overall reports for:

  • Recommending me: The number of creators currently recommending you via any source.

  • Subscribers: The number of subscribers you've gotten through Recommendations from all sources (including those who may have subsequently unsubscribed from your email list).

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each creator recommending you via all sources:

  • Creator name

  • Subscriber count

Click any table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

If a creator appears grayed out in the table, this means they are no longer recommending you.

Forms only report

At the top of the Forms only report are overall reports for:

  • Recommending me: The number of creators currently recommending you on their forms and landing pages.

  • Views: The number of users who have viewed another creator's Recommendation of you on the creator's forms or landing pages.

  • Subscribers: The number of subscribers you've gotten through Recommendations on other creators' forms and landing pages (including those who may have subsequently unsubscribed from your email list).

  • Conversion rate: The percentage of users who subscribed to your email list after viewing another creator's Recommendation of you on the creator's forms or landing pages, as calculated using this formula: Subscribers / Views x 100%.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each creator recommending you on their forms and landing pages:

  • Creator name

  • View count

  • Subscriber count (which includes subscribers who have subsequently unsubscribed from your email list)

  • Conversion rate

These metrics work in the same way as those in the overall reports, only that they apply to the specific creator in question.

Click any table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

If a creator appears grayed out in the table, this means they are no longer recommending you.

Emails only report

At the top of the Emails only report are overall reports for:

  • Recommending me: The number of creators currently recommending you in their emails.

  • Subscribers: The number of subscribers you've gotten through Recommendations in other creators' emails (including those who may have subsequently unsubscribed from your email list).

NOTE: Unlike the Forms only report, the Emails only report doesn't provide Recommendation view counts (and hence the conversion rate, which is calculated based on views). This is because the view count may be inflated by bot email opens, leading to inaccurate reporting.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying these metrics for each creator who has recommended you in their emails:

  • Creator name

  • Subscriber count

These metrics work in the same way as those in the overall reports, only that they apply to the specific creator in question.

Click any table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

If a creator appears grayed out in the table, this means they are no longer recommending you.

Subscribers page reports

The Subscribers page displays the subscribers you've gotten via the Creator Network.

At the top are the overall reports for:

  • Total subscribers: The total number of subscribers you've gotten via the Creator Network.

  • Average open rate: The average open rate for all the emails you've sent to these subscribers, as calculated using this formula: Total number of emails opened / Total number of emails sent x 100%.

  • Average click rate: The average click rate for all the emails you've sent to these subscribers, as calculated using this formula: Total number of emails with at least one link click / Total number of emails sent x 100%.

  • Unsubscribe rate: The rate at which these subscribers are unsubscribing from your emails, as calculated using this formula: Total number of Creator Network subscribers who have unsubscribed / Total number of subscribers you've gotten via the Creator Network x 100%.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each subscriber you've gotten via the Creator Network:

  • Subscriber name (or email address if their name is not available)

  • The creator who recommended that subscriber to you

  • Subscribe date

  • Status, e.g., Confirmed or Unsubscribed

You can also take bulk actions with these subscribers. To do so, select the checkboxes next to their name or email address, and then click Bulk Actions.

These bulk actions are available:

  • Add a Tag

  • Remove a Tag

  • Add to Sequence

  • Remove from Sequence

  • Export: The export will be in a CSV file with information like the subscriber's email address, custom fields, and Tags. It will be emailed to you when it's ready. At this time, the exported CSV will not show which creator had recommended the subscriber to you.

  • Delete: Delete the subscriber from your email list entirely (and not just from the report).

For example, here's how to bulk-delete your Creator Network subscribers after selecting them:

My Free Recommendations page reports

The My Recommendations page displays reports for the Free Recommendations you are recommending in these places:

NOTE: We'll cover the Free Recommendations reports in this section. Check out the My Paid Recommendations reports section to learn how to read your Paid Recommendations reports.

The default report is All sources, and you can click the source dropdown menu to select a different report.

All sources report

At the top of the All sources report are overall reports for:

  • Creators: The number of Free Recommendations you are currently recommending via all sources.

  • Subscribers: The number of subscribers you've helped other creators get through Recommendations in all sources.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each creator you have recommended via any source:

  • Creator name

  • Subscriber count

These metrics work in the same way as those in the overall reports, only that they apply to the specific creator in question.

Click either table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

Creators you are no longer recommending will appear grayed out in the table.

Forms only report

At the top of the Forms only report are overall reports for:

  • Creators: The number of creators you are currently recommending on your forms and landing pages.

  • Views: The number of views each Recommendation on your forms and landing pages has gotten. This number can increase rapidly if you're displaying multiple Recommendations on your forms and landing pages at once. For example, if you're displaying three Recommendations on your forms and landing pages, you can expect your view count to increase by three each time a user views your Recommendations.

  • Subscribers: The number of subscribers you've helped other creators get through the Recommendations on your forms and landing pages.

  • Conversion rate: The percentage of users who subscribed to other creators after viewing your Recommendations of them on your forms and landing pages, as calculated using this formula: Subscribers / Views x 100%.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each creator you have recommended on your forms and landing pages:

  • Creator name

  • View count

  • Subscriber count

  • Conversion rate

These metrics work in the same way as those in the overall reports, only that they apply to the specific creator in question.

Click any table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

Creators you are no longer recommending will appear grayed out in the table.

Emails only report

At the top of the Emails only report are overall reports for:

NOTE: Unlike the Forms only report, the Emails only report doesn't provide Recommendation view counts (and hence the conversion rate, which is calculated based on views). This is because the view count may be inflated by bot email opens, leading to inaccurate reporting.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each creator you have recommended in your emails:

  • Creator name: Creators will appear in this table only if they have gotten at least one subscriber from you.

  • Subscriber count

These metrics work in the same way as those in the overall reports, only that they apply to the specific creator in question.

Click either table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

Creators you are no longer recommending will appear grayed out in the table.

My Paid Recommendations reports

The My paid recommendations page displays your Paid Recommendations reports.

At the top are overall reports for:

  • Paid Recommendations: The number of Paid Recommendations you are currently recommending.

  • Views: The number of views each Paid Recommendation has gotten. This number can increase rapidly if you're displaying multiple Recommendations on your forms and landing pages at once. For example, if you're displaying three Paid Recommendations on your forms and landing pages, you can expect your view count to increase by three each time a user views your Paid Recommendations.

  • Subscribers: The number of subscribers you've referred to other creators through Paid Recommendations on your forms and landing pages.

  • Net revenue earned: The total amount of confirmed net revenue you've earned from Paid Recommendations on your forms and landing pages after deducting our 20% service fee and a 3.5% transaction fee. (More on confirmed earnings below!)

  • Average CPA: The average cost per acquisition your Paid Recommendations are paying for each confirmed referral.

Below the overall reports, you'll see a table displaying the following data for each Paid Recommendation you have recommended on your forms and landing pages:

  • Paid Recommendation name

  • Net revenue

  • CPA: The cost per acquisition, or the Paid Recommendation's payout amount for each confirmed referral, as set by the creator.

  • Views

  • Subscribers

  • Status: The Paid Recommendation's current status.

    • Active: You are currently recommending this Paid Recommendation and its referral program is active.

    • Pinned: You have pinned this Paid Recommendation in your list of Paid Recommendations.

    • Pending: Your application to recommend this Paid Recommendation is pending.

    • Paused: The creator behind this Paid Recommendation has paused its referral program.

    • Unavailable: This Paid Recommendation's referral program is unavailable.

    • Removed: You've stopped recommending this Paid Recommendation.

Except for the Paid Recommendation's status, these metrics work in the same way as those in the overall reports. But they apply to the specific Paid Recommendation in question.

NOTE: If you see an asterisk (*) next to the subscriber numbers, it means that there are pending confirmed subscribers and have not yet successfully confirmed based on the Paid Recommendations requirement.

Click any table heading to sort your data by that heading in either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

Paid Recommendations with the "Removed" status will appear grayed out in the table.

The Paid Recommendations reports reflect only confirmed earnings

When a user subscribes to one of your Paid Recommendations, you may not see your earnings for the referral in your reports right away.

That's because the reports display only payouts from confirmed referrals that have met all the conditions set by the creator offering the Paid Recommendation.

These conditions could relate to:

  • Being a new subscriber: The subscriber cannot already be on the creator's email list.

  • Geographic restrictions: The subscriber has to be from an approved country.

  • Engagement: The subscriber needs to have engaged with the creator's emails in a certain manner, such as clicking a subscription confirmation link within two weeks of signing up.

  • Passing the pending referral duration: The subscriber has to stay subscribed to the creator's email list for a certain period before they will be considered a confirmed referral. Depending on the creator's requirements, the pending referral duration can range from one to 28 days.

View the payout conditions for Paid Recommendations with the "Active," "Pinned," "Paused," or "Pending" status by clicking them on the My paid recommendations page.

NOTE: The net revenue you earn from each confirmed referral will be lower than the Paid Recommendation's stated CPA (cost per acquisition). This is because we take a 20% service fee and a 3.5% transaction fee for each confirmed referral.
