Purchases Reporting: Refunds

How refunds are integrated into purchases reporting in your ConvertKit account.

Updated over a week ago

Nobody likes refunds, but they're an important metric to keep tabs on in your business. And as part of our mission to help creators earn $1 billion, we knew we needed a way to integrate that metric into our purchases tracking.

Now, you can now see refunds reported directly on your purchases graph! πŸ“ˆ

Your purchases will continue to display as they always have, but if you have refunds, the bar on your account's purchases graph will dip below the x-axis to reflect them in gray:

Graph contains sample data for visualization purposes only

And just like before, you can still hover over the bar to see a more detailed breakdown in table-form. Refunds will be reported in that table, as well:

Supported integrations

At this time, refunds will be displayed for the following integrations from the date specified onwards:

  • ConvertKit Commerce: January 2022

  • Shopify: May 5, 2020

  • Gumroad: May 18, 2020

πŸ‘† We'll keep this list updated as we roll out support for more!
