Custom Fields not coming through
At this time, the Leadpages integration has not been updated to support custom fields. If you require custom fields, you may need to embed our Form directly onto your Leadpage, instead of using the default. You may need to check with their team to see if your setup allows for this option.
My opt-in is not working or my thank you page is incorrect
When using our API integration, please disable the thank you page on Leadpages, and make sure the thank you page field is blank. Then, set that up on your ConvertKit Form instead. This allows the Form to be controlled on the ConvertKit side, and it will also ensure the integration doesn't break.
My Form goes to a ConvertKit 404 page
Please disable the re-captcha option on your Form as this may break the integration.
