Sometimes, your Subscriber might show as having not received a Broadcast email. Here are a few things to check when this happens: 

  1. Does the Subscriber's profile show the email as sent, but also shows Bounced or Failed? If so, we can investigate behind the scenes for you! 
  2. If the email is missing from their profile completely, check to see if the Broadcast was sent to a specific Segment or Tag. If the subscriber unsubscribed, then re-subscribed recently, they may no longer be active on that Tag.
  3. Check the timestamp of when a subscriber received a Tag versus when the Broadcast was sent.
