Sometimes, your Subscriber might show as having not received a Broadcast email. Here are a few things to check when this happens:
- Does the Subscriber's profile show the email as sent, but also shows Bounced or Failed? If so, we can investigate behind the scenes for you!
- If the email is missing from their profile completely, check to see if the Broadcast was sent to a specific Segment or Tag. If the subscriber unsubscribed, then re-subscribed recently, they may no longer be active on that Tag.
- Check the timestamp of when a subscriber received a Tag versus when the Broadcast was sent.
