It's always a good idea to have a backup copy of your list
Your email list is one of the most valuable pieces of your business, and is worth a regular backup. Here's how you can do it in just a few minutes!
Go to your Subscribers tab
The first thing you want to do is go to your Subscribers tab, and choose the Subscribers you would like to Export. If these particular Subscribers are all under one Tag, click on that Tag.
Next click on the first box for these Subscribers.
When the blue banner appears, click "Select All X Subscribers". If not, you will only select the first 30 Subscribers on the first page!
Click Bulk Action > Select Export.
When you see that green Success message, you've correctly started the export!
From here, go to your email and click the blue highlighted "here". Your export will download to your computer.
Note: You'll need to do this for each Tag you have if you wish to keep them organized that way.
Save CSV file to a safe location
Whether you use Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or CloudApp, we recommend backing it up to a cloud location, along with the copy you have on your computer or external hard drive.
In the future we hope to build a way that you can do this automatically and sync with your cloud service, but for now this is the way to go!
