Help creators earn a living online and earn cash.
In this article, we explain everything you need to know to get started as an affiliate with ConvertKit.
Here we go!
Let's talk numbers.
The ConvertKit Affiliate Program pays out a 30% monthly recurring commission, for everyone you send our way. The best part? As their account grows, so does your commission.
At ConvertKit, our main goal is to help creators earn a living online. That's one of the reasons we built our affiliate program - we want people to share our tool and earn money while doing so. Are you ready to get started?
The correct answer is yes.
You are ready. After all, that's why you're here, isn't it? You have used ConvertKit, you're convinced it's the best on the market, and now you'd like to get paid, because you're already sharing it with everyone.
Here are the three things you'll need to be successful as an affiliate with ConvertKit.
Success Tip #1: Know how to access your affiliate link
As an affiliate with ConvertKit, you will be sharing your link with everyone! To start, you'll want to visit our ConvertKit LinkMink page and learn how to view your Dashboard, Commissions, as well as to find a link to your Payout tab. This is essentially your affiliate hub.
NOTE: Keep in mind that your affiliate account is managed within LinkMink, rather than within ConvertKit. You will receive a separate login and password for your account in LinkMink. Should you ever need assistance logging into your LinkMink account, contact LinkMink support directly!
Within LinkMink, this is a view of your dashboard:
Success Tip #2: Ensure your PayPal is set up correctly
We want to give you money, and we're pretty sure that you'd like to be paid for all of your hard work. In order to process a payment to you successfully, we will need your PayPal information to be set up!
You will find the link located in LinkMink.
(This is the only way to receive that direct deposit!)
Success Tip #3: Understanding payouts
We approve all commissions on the first of every month. Payments are made the following day, on the second of each month. You can expect for there to be up to a 60 day delay in receiving a payment, to leave room for any customer refunds, as well as approving the payments.
☝️ Example: If you earned a commission on August 5th, that payment, along with all August commissions, would be approved and paid on October 1 (created 55 day delay). If you earned a commission on August 30, it would also get approved and paid on October 1 (creating a 30 day delay).
There is no threshold to meet, in order to receive a payout monthly. (Score!) If there is commission in your account, it will go to approval for payment!
