Your email list is one of the most valuable pieces of your business, and is worth a regular backup. Here's how you can do it in just a few minutes.
Export All Subscribers
On your Subscriber page, make sure "All Subscribers" is selected. To select all, check the box at the top and then the link to the right that says "select all".
Then click on the Bulk Actions menu there and select "Export". You'll receive an email shortly with the csv file.
Note: You'll need to do this for each Tag you have, if you wish to keep them organized that way.
Save CSV File to a Safe Location
Whether you use Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or CloudApp, we recommend backing it up to a cloud location along with the copy you have on your computer or external hard drive.
In the future we hope to build a way that you can do this automatically and sync with your cloud service, but for now this is the way to go!
