"How do I log into my Affiliate account?"
Your Affiliate account is managed through Ambassador, not within ConvertKit. This is important to keep in mind!
Since they are separate programs, you won’t be able to manage your Affiliate campaigns in ConvertKit. You’ll need to do that with Ambassador.
First things first! Here’s how you can log in to your Ambassador account:
Once you’re successfully logged in, be sure to bookmark this page, and save your password! This will help rescue you from future link and password hunts. (Every little thing helps!)
"I'm locked out of my account, what do I do?"
If you find yourself locked out, don’t despair! Here are a few things you can try:
- Try another internet browser. (Like Chrome or Firefox)
- Clear cache and cookies, and give it another try. Here’s how.
- Contact Ambassador support for further troubles.
