Legacy Form Builder: Adding Custom Fields to an opt-in Form

Before you dive into the video, be aware that this is an intermediate topic, and not for beginners who aren't comfortable with HTML and CSS. If you aren't comfortable with getting into the code, you should hire a web designer to implement this for you.

Important: This tutorial shows you how to add custom fields to Forms only. and not Landing Pages. Because Landing Pages are hosted by us, and not embedded via HTML.
