As our affiliate, we want you to feel as though you are a ConvertKit genius… because you are! In an effort to make everything easily accessible, we’ve created this FAQ page for you. As always, if you have a question that you can’t find in our list, just let us know. We’d love to help!
Without further ado, here are our most frequently asked questions for using Ambassador!
Logging Into Ambassador
Your affiliate account is not managed within ConvertKit, but from within Ambassador. This is important to remember! Once you have logged into your dashboard, go ahead and bookmark the page, to save you some hunting, later on.
Since they are separate programs, you won’t be able to manage your affiliate campaigns from within ConvertKit. You’ll need to do this inside of Ambassador.
First things first! Here’s how you can log into your Ambassador account:
Once you’re successfully logged in, be sure to bookmark this page, and save your password! This will help rescue you from future link and password hunts. (Every little thing helps!)
If you find yourself on the wrong side of that login, don’t despair! Here are a few things you can try:
- Try another internet browser. (Like Chrome or Firefox)
- Clear cache and cookies, and give it another try. Here’s how.
- Contact Ambassador support for further troubles.
